At Bold Grit, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.
UK Delivery

Free standard delivery may be available on orders over a certain value — please check at checkout for any applicable promotions.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
