Refund Policy

At Bold Grit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email)

Certain items may be exempt from returns, such as personalised or perishable goods. Please check the product listing or contact us if you are unsure.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may be unable to process your return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
